Scinus Cell Expansion is pleased to announce that as of 1 January 2025, Dr. Erik Vossenaar has taken up the role of Managing Director of the company.

Prior to joining Scinus, Erik Vossenaar was Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development and Strategy at Biocartis, an innovative molecular diagnostics company. As founding member of the team behind Biocartis’ flagship product, Idylla™, Erik Vossenaar played a key role in driving Biocartis’ growth from inception to a global leading oncology business. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Radboud University Nijmegen and a PhD in Autoimmune Biochemistry from the same university. He is the (co-)author of over 25 peer-reviewed publications and inventor on more than 10 patent families.
