Service & maintenance is about providing in-depth product knowledge to be able to spot potential issues before they can cause a problem. It is an investment in reliable equipment, a reliable process and about providing advice to the customer to help improve efficiency.
All SCINUS Bioreactors have a warranty of one year after delivery (warranty on defective materials and workmanship). All component parts of our products are covered by this warranty, except disposable Culture Bags and Bottles. Warranties are voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.
